3i-isolet
3i-light wall panels RD 300
■ Division walls■ Flat partions ■ Lining of Internal walls
3i- Wall panels are made of a mixture of cement and polystyrene granulate with
the bulk density of 300 kg/m3. They are designed for the construction of the
division walls, flat partions, cellars, lining of internal walls, etc. For their
low weight they are also suitable for building lofts. The good thermal
insulation, high fire resistance, sound insulation and the fast assembly
with the tongue-groove system offer innovative solutions both in terms
of installation time and cost.
Advantages
- Fast and simple assembly - cost and time savings
- Fire protection A2-s1,d0
- No health risk
- Tongue and groove assembly system - eliminates thermal bridges

Surface finish
3i-wall panels can be plastered with conventional materials such as cement, lime or gypsum plaster using a mesh, both manually and mechanically. The exposed areas must be free from dirt and dust and slightly sprayed with water before being plastered. To prevent cracks, it is necessary to perform expansion joints in the area of the top and side joints.
Tiling
The tiling of the 3i-wall panels is carried out in a standard manner. The facing tiles are glued with a conventional adhesive using a reinforcing fabric. Panels must be free from dirt and dust.
Storage
Store dry on a flat surface to prevent bending.
Construction
The 3i-insulating plates weighing 300 kg / m 3 are fit into each other on the tongue- groove. All gaps are also sealed with the mounting foam. To ensure good adhesion of the mounting foam, all bonded surfaces must be moistened with water.
Upper and lower anchorages
Fixing to the ceiling is done by 3-anchor angles. The gap must not be larger than 20 mm and must also be filled with the mounting foam. At the bottom, the panel is laid directly into the foam and also secured with an anchor.
Installation
The grooves for the electrical, water and sewerage lines are made by a manual grooving milling machine using the drill bit for the boxes.
